Jon Savage will be discussing his new book ‘1966: The Year the Decade Exploded‘ as he takes us through a seminal year in pop culture history.

The Velvet Underground and Nico – A Symphony of Sound

Not only is the film a document of one of the most influential bands of the 60’s, it also captures the atmosphere of the Factory at the time and it features many of the many of the studio’s regulars including Tosh Carillo, Larry Latrae,Gerard Malanga, J.D. McDermott, Ondine, Jacques Potin and Edie Sedgwick.
