Faber Social is thrilled to announce it will be publishing The MEATliquor Chronicles: Chapter and Verse by Yianni Papoutsis and Scott Collins on 7 November 2013.  But it can’t do it without your help.

There are many ways to cook a burger, to mix a drink, to serve some fries. Yianni Papoutsis and Scott Collins, the men behind MEATliquor, MEATeasy, MEATmission and MEATmarket, will share their unique experiences on the wildest frontiers of food culture in this their first (and perhaps only) book, The MEATliquor Chronicles.

Yianni Papoutsis is renowned as one of the pioneers of street food in the UK and, together with friend and business partner Scott Collins, has been named by the Evening Standard as one of the 1000 Most Influential People in London. ‘The bad boys of the restaurant industry’, Yianni and Scott defied critics when MEATliquor hit no. 75 in the 2012 National Restaurant Awards, recognition for the creation of London’s ‘hippest restaurant’.

The fellas at MEATliquor are crowd sourcing material for the book and invite their patrons (that means YOU) to send in photographs, anecdotes and tattooed evidence of good nights at any of the MEATliquor restaurants, to be selected for potential inclusion in the book and its promotion. To submit material for inclusion in the book material should be sent to meatliquor@faber.co.uk with ‘MEATliquor’ as the subject.

In submitting material to the meatliquor@faber.co.uk address, contributors confirm that they are the owner of the material submitted and that they grant Faber a royalty-free license to reproduce and distribute the material in connection with the promotion and publication of The MEATliquor Chronicles.
